bite club recipes
Savory drop scones built on oat flour, cottage cheese, eggs, and a serious amount of real cheddar. They mix in one bowl with your hands, scoop like drop biscuits, and bake in about 20 minutes. Each one has 13g of protein with no powder anywhere. One thing to know going in: the dough looks far too wet at first. Let it rest 10 minutes and the oat flour tightens it up on its own, so resist the urge to add more flour!

The two example days on this plan land at 123g and 128g of protein, and they carry 21 and 25 grams of fiber, the most of any plan we've put together. Honeycrisp apples run through the breakfast meatballs, the harvest bowl, and the fritters, so grab five and you're set for the week. The harvest bowl is done in 30 minutes on one sheet pan, and the white bean casserole is a dump-and-bake that cooks itself while you get on with your evening!
