Made with just 5 ingredients, these chocolate clusters are a better-for-you sweet treat with added protein and fiber thanks to hemp seeds. They also have less sugar, thanks to dark chocolate, and are ready in 15 minutes.

make sure the chocolate is thin
This is key to a bite you can sink your teeth into and not crack your teeth on! Use a spoon to spread out the first layer, and then you can just drizzle the top layers to keep it thin.

key ingredients & swaps
All substitutions are a 1:1 substitute unless otherwise noted. See the recipe card for quantities.
- Dark chocolate chips: I like to use dark or sugar-free semi-sweet.
- White chocolate: Everything's better with a little white chocolate! Use any kind you like.
- Hemp seeds: For added fiber and protein, but no weird taste.
- Strawberry jam: This also works well with raspberry. I like to use a keto jam or the chia jam.
- Flaky sea salt: Can't forget this!

step by step: tips to nail this recipe every time
- Use the back of a spoon to spread the first chocolate layer very thin. This ensures you don't just get a ball of chocolate.
- If your jam is more runny, it's easier to just drizzle the top layers instead of completely coating them.
- Line your tray with parchment paper for easy removal.
