Ingredients

- ground turkey - Hawaiian rolls - white cheddar & cottage cheese - ketchup - Worcestershire - salt & pepper - onion - butter, garlic, & parsley

Brown the turkey sausage and when almost done, add the spices and sauces. Then mix in the cottage cheese and some white cheddar.

Step 1

While the turkey cooks, slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and remove the top buns. Place in a large baking dish.

Step 2

Top the Hawaiian rolls with the turkey mixture, chopped onions, and white cheddar so totally covered.

Step 3

Make the garlic butter topping by combining melted butter with parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Add the top buns back on top and brush with the garlic butter. Brush evenly across, making sure to get in the corners.

Step 5

Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered, then cover and bake another 10 minutes to melt the cheese & keep garlic from burning.
