Ingredients

- Cheese - Biscuit dough - Bacon - Canned potatoes - Parsley - Butter - Spices

Mash the canned potato chunks in a large bowl. You can use the back of a fork or a potato masher until they're like mashed potatoes.

Step 1

Add the cheese, bacon, parsley, and spices to the bowl with the mashed potatoes. Stir well to combine everything.

Step 2

Lay out the premade biscuit dough on a flat surface. Cut each biscuit circle into 4 pieces and flatten out by pressing down with your palm.

Step 3

Add the cheesy mixture to each biscuit dough piece. You should be able to fit a heaping tablespoon in each biscuit piece.

Step 4

Fold the sides of the biscuits up and pinch the soft dough together so that the filling is sealed inside. Repeat for all the biscuits.

Step 5

Place all the cheese-stuffed biscuit balls in an oven-safe dish such as a cast iron skillet. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Step 6

Melt butter in the microwave and add parsley. Coat the top of the biscuit balls for the last 5 minutes in the oven. Then, remove and enjoy!
