These BBQ pulled beef burgers are so tender and full of flavor. Plus, they're made in the instant pot so are quick and easy!

- Chuck roast - Beef stock - BBQ sauce - Olive oil - Salt and pepper

Slice the chuck roast into approximately two inch chunks. Leave the fat on in order to get flavorful and tender beef!

Step 1

Turn Instant Pot on Sauté and sear beef chunks on all sides for about two minutes. Add salt and pepper while sautéing.

Step 2

Add beef broth after the chunks are brown on the outside. Then, stir and scrape any pieces on the bottom of the pot.

Step 3

Add your favorite barbecue sauce on top of the beef chunks. There's no need to stir in the BBQ sauce, just leave it on top!

Step 4

Cook on high pressure for 50 minutes. Then, remove beef chunks and pull apart using two forks or meat claws.

Step 5

Assemble your burgers with toppings of choice. We use quick pickle radishes, onions, and crispy jalapenos. Enjoy!
