Meal planning saves you time, money, and most importantly, it helps you reach your goals! Our meal plans are designed to make sure you get 60g+ of protein for breakfast, lunch, and a snack. Then, you can find a protein-filled dinner on our site to finish your day! And we don't just pack in the protein powder to do that - we plan for a wide variety of protein sources, including plants.
This is a meal prepping plan - designed with recipes that are all great when prepped in advance. That being said, no recipe takes more than 15 minutes to put together (this doesn't include baking). So all in for 3 meals, you'll be prepping and cooking for less than 1 hour and have food for all week!
You'll receive each week's meal plan via email on Thursday. This should allow you to get groceries over the weekend and prepare your dishes for the following week.
The majority of recipes on the meal plans don't use protein powder and, instead, get protein from whole food sources. However, some recipes call for optional protein powder if you want to add more protein to the recipe.
