Easy Pasta With Chicken Recipe

This pasta with chicken is made with a simple tomato and basil sauce and is of course packed with chicken. It's a filling and delicious dinner that's quick and easy to make!

- Penne pasta - Chicken breasts - Diced tomatoes - Basil - Olive oil - Garlic - Mozzarella pearls - Salt and pepper

Heat olive oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat for two minutes. Also, cook penne pasta according to the box's directions.

Step 1

Heat sliced chicken breast in the skillet with diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

Step 2

Blend the fresh basil leaves in a food processor. After they're blended, add the olive oil and blend together until a paste forms.

Step 3

Once the pasta and chicken are done cooking, stain the pasta and add it to the same skillet as the chicken and tomato sauce.

Step 4

Last, add the mozzarella pearls and the basil sauce. Then,  stir to combine and enjoy! We like to top with additional fresh basil.
