Ingredients

- Pie crust - Eggs - Mushrooms, ham - Spinach - Cottage cheese, white cheddar - Flour - Spices

Spray an oven safe pan with oil and place on pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove pan and cook 7 more minutes.

Step 1

While the crust bakes, sautee the mushrooms, ham, garlic and spinach until the mushrooms are golden brown.

Step 2

Add the eggs, cottage cheese, flour, cheese, and spices to a blender and blend. You can also whisk together in a large bowl.

Step 3

Once the pie crust and filling are done, pour all the ingredients into the pie crust. Be sure to spread them out evenly!

Step 4

Line the crust edge with aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
