Dairy-Free Oat Pancakes

These dairy-free pancakes are so thick and fluffy! Plus they're packed with filling oats, made with just a blender and skillet, and are gluten-free!

- Egg - Nut butter - Plant-based milk - Oats - Baking powder - Cinnamon - Maple syrup

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for about one minute until a smooth pancake batter forms.

Step 1

Let the batter sit for 5 minutes (for super fluffy pancakes!) Heat a skillet and add about 1/3 cup of dairy-free pancake batter.

Step 2

Let the batter cook for about 2 minutes. Small bubbles will start to form when it's time to flip the pancake.

Step 3

Flip the pancake and let cook for another 2 minutes on the other side. Then, repeat the process for the rest of the batter.

Step 4

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! We like to add bananas, pecans, and maple syrup to our tasty dairy-free pancakes!
