These ooey gooey Protein Cinnamon Rolls are loaded with protein powder and have no yeast, so they're simple and oh so tasty!

- Self-rising flour - Greek yogurt - Cinnamon - Protein Powder - Butter - Swipe up to see the remaining ingredients!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dough ingredients in a large bowl until it's moldable and slightly sticky.

Step 1

Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter on the dough and then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.

Step 2

Roll up the dough from the short side and very carefully cut it into eight even pieces (using a serrated knife).

Step 3

Place pieces swirl side up in a 9" pan. Then, mix a portion of the milk and protein powder together and pour over the top.

Step 4

Bake rolls for 20 minutes. While the rolls bake, add all frosting ingredients to a bowl and use a hand mixer to blend until fluffy and creamy.

Step 5

Once the rolls are golden brown, remove from the oven and spread the frosting evenly on top. Then, enjoy! They make a great pre-workout breakfast or snack!
