High Protein Biscuits Recipe

These high protein biscuits are tender, soft biscuits that are so easy to make and have 10g of protein in each biscuit!

- Bread flour - Unflavored collagen - Baking powder - Salt, sugar - Butter - Egg - Greek yogurt

Mix dry ingredients and cold butter together in a large bowl. Use a fork or hands to "cut" the butter into the flour mixture.

Step 1

Mix the yogurt and egg in a small bowl, then add to the dry ingredients. Mix until the biscuit dough comes cleanly off the bowl sides.

Step 2

Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface. Knead the dough on the flour about 10 times until the dough comes together.

Step 3

Roll the dough out with a rolling pin until it's about 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Use more flour if the dough starts to stick to the rolling pin.

Step 4

Use a cup or a 3" cookie cutter to slice the biscuit dough into nine even circles.  Reroll as needed  to use all the dough.

Step 5

Place on a baking tray and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Then, enjoy with butter, honey, jam, or whatever you like!
