Ingredients

- Chicken Tenderloins - Beef broth - Potatoes - Butter - Gluten Free Flour - Spices

Boil the potatoes in a large stock pot. It is helpful to salt the water and cover the pot to help them soften faster. 

Step 1

While the potatoes cook, sauté the chicken. Keep space between the chicken pieces to allow hot air to circulate and cook all sides.

Step 2

Remove the cooked chicken  and shred it. Deglaze the pan with the broth and then whisk in the remaining gravy ingredients.

Step 3

Once the gravy has thickened, bring to a simmer. Add the shredded chicken back in and let cook while you mash the potatoes.

Step 4

Add the butter and spices to a bowl with the potatoes. Use a hand mixer to whip everything until fluffy and combined.
