Ensenada Fish Tacos are fresh, delicious, and fast. With roots from the Pacific coast, these easy tacos are sure to be a new favorite!

- White Fish - Flour, taco seasoning - Pico de gallo - Chipotle Sauce - Tortillas - Limes, cilantro - Red Cabbage, jalapeno - Egg, olive oil

Thaw fish as needed, then cut into 1" pieces. Mix egg in a bowl, then dip pieces of fish in and coat thoroughly.

Step 1

Put flour and taco seasoning into a plastic bag. Then, add egg washed fish pieces and mix until coated.

Step 2

Place fish on air fryer rack and spray with oil. Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes (See our post for alternate cooking methods).

Step 3

When fish is done cooking, remove and let cool. Then, assemble sauce, fish and fixings on warm corn tortillas. Top with lime and enjoy!
