Ingredients

- Thawed walleye - Panko bread crumbs - Egg - Parmesan - Lemon - Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Then, whisk an egg in a shallow bowl and mix parmesan, bread crumbs, and spices in another bowl.

Step 1

Cut skin off walleye fillets if needed. Then, pat the fish fillets with a paper towel on both sides until they're nice and dry.

Step 2

Dip the fillets into the egg bowl until it's coated, then dip in the bowl with dry ingredients and get it fully coated.

Step 3

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and bake fillets in the oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and enjoy!
