Made with just 2 ingredients, this viral pizza wrap is one recipe that's worth the hype! You can whip it up with just 5 minutes of work, and it's super versatile because you can fill it with any fillings you like.

Ingredients

  • ½ c shredded mozzarella low fat or regular
  • 16 slices mini pepperoni I like turkey pepperoni
  • 6 slices ham
  • 1 teaspoon calabrian chilis
  • handful basil
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ¼ c pepperonccinis
  • drizzle of honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a half or quarter sheet tray with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the ½ c shredded mozzarella evenly over the middle and shape it into a square. Lay the 16 slices mini pepperoni over the top of the cheese, spaced evenly apart.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool 10-15 minutes before using as a wrap. If you use full-fat cheese, you may want to dab off any excess fat from the top.
  • Once cooled down, peel off the parchment paper and then fill with all your fillings! Spread the 1 teaspoon calabrian chilis onto one half and just layer everything else. Finish with a drizzle of honey, cut in half, and enjoy!
    Or feel free to add some spicy ranch and pickles!

Notes

Storage: You can make a few of these wraps (4 fit well on two half sheet trays) and save them for using all week. Store them with parchment paper layered in between in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat a bit before filling the next day.
Other filling ideas: Caesar salad with lettuce, kale crunch, chicken nuggets, and roasted veggies.
Air Fryer: You can also make a half size in the air fryer! Cook for 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
