Chocolate Protein Fudge (made with Greek yogurt)
You literally only need 2 main ingredients to make this chocolate protein fudge, and then your topping of choice. It was tested many times (with a few fails) to get that perfectly creamy, smooth bite. You're going to be shocked at how easy and delicious this recipe is!

- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint or vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips milk will not work!! but sugar free will
- ½ c plain or vanilla greek yogurt any thick yogurt, fat level etc, will work
- crushed white chocolate peppermint pretzels for topping
Set out your yogurt to come to room temperature. Melt the 1 cup dark chocolate chips in 30 second increments until it's melted.
In a large bowl, mix together the room temperature ½ c plain or vanilla greek yogurt and melted chocolate. Work quickly so the chocolate doesn't solidify from the cold yogurt. Also important why the yogurt isn't straight out of the fridge!
Stir in your ⅛ teaspoon peppermint or vanilla extract. Line a 7x4 tubberware container with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the container and top with crushed white chocolate peppermint pretzels. Leave in the freezer to set without a lid on. Leave it for at least 3 hours or until set.
Slice into 9 squares and enjoy!

how to store it
This fudge is best kept in the freezer. Store it in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Do not use milk chocolate; it will not set up properly.
Types of yogurt that work: This can be whole milk, low fat, or similar, even plant based as long as it's a very thick and creamy yogurt. Painterland is my favorite.
Nutrition uses low fat greek yogurt and doesn't include topping.
