  • Add ½ cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, ½ cup cottage cheese, ¼ cup greek yogurt, ½ cup milk, 2 tablespoon peanut butter powder, and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
