Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup biscoff cookie butter
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup oat milk

Instructions

  • Add oats and protein powder to a blender or food processor. Blend for 20-30 seconds, until the oats are finely chopped.
  • Pour blended oats and protein powder, Biscoff butter, and oat milk into a large bowl. Mix with a fork or spatula until well combined, it will resemble cookie dough.

  • Use your hands to roll approximately 1" balls. You should be able to make about 12 balls with the amount of ingredients used.

  • These biscoff cookie protein balls can be enjoyed right away, but will be slightly sticky and soft. To harden, place protein balls in an airtight container and put them in the fridge to cool.
