Ingredients

- Bananas - Coconut milk - Vanilla extract - Cornstarch - Agave - Cinnamon - Salt

Add all ingredients except bananas to a blender.  Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and well combined.

Step 1

Bring mixture to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly and cook at a boil for five minutes until thick.

Step 2

Remove from heat and transfer to a glass jar. Then, let cool in the fridge or freezer until it reaches your desired eating temperature.

Step 3

Dice up one banana and mix into pudding.  Use the other banana and cookie crumbles to add as layers. Then, enjoy!
