- Biscoff cookie butter - Vanilla protein powder - Oat milk (or plant-based milk of choice) -Oats

Add oats and protein powder to a blender or food processor and blend for 30 seconds until a powder forms.

Add blended oats and protein powder, along with cookie butter and milk to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Use your hands to roll approximately 1" balls from the protein dough. You should be able to make 12!

Step 3

Place balls in the fridge or freezer. They can be enjoyed right away but will harden when allowed to cool. Enjoy!
