- Greek yogurt - Sweetened condensed milk - Ginger snap cookies - Butter - Honey

Preheat the oven to 350 degreed F. Blend cookies and butter in a food processor until they turn into crumbs.

Transfer the cookie crumble into a springform pan and press flat with hand. Bake for 10 minutes.

While the crust bakes, mix wet ingredients until well combined. Then, pour wet ingredients onto crust when it's done baking.
