Watermelon Sorbet

A 5-ingredient high protein watermelon sorbet with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. 8g protein per serving, low fiber, and ready in one blender!

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. It may turn more smoothie like but thats ok!
    If you want to serve this in the watermelon rind, scoop out the meat and freeze the watermelon chunks but save the rind in the fridge or freezer until ready to use.
  • Scoop into a watermelon rind or freezer-safe container. Freeze for 25 minutes to an hour and then enjoy!

Notes

Full-fat (4%) cottage cheese is strongly recommended. Lower fat percentages make the texture icier.
Storage: This is best enjoyed right away. To prep it, keep the frozen orange slices in the freezer to use when you want the ice cream.
Too firm? Let sit at room temperature 5-10 minutes before scooping.
Add-ons: A drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of flaky salt work well as toppings.
