Super Easy Protein Ranch Dressing

This high-protein ranch dressing is seriously addictive, super easy to make, and ready in literally 30 seconds! Did I mention you only need 3 ingredients? Dan literally makes this every 3 days like clockwork. By making it yourself, you get to control the thickness so it can be drizzled, dipped, and mixed - up to you!

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon ranch seasoning 1 packet
  • 3 tablespoon skim milk

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. The quantities in this recipe make a thick ranch dressing. If you prefer yours thinner simply add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired thickness.
  • Enjoy!

Storage: You can keep this sauce in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. 
Adjust the thickness: Feel free to add more milk or Greek yogurt to make it thicker or thinner, depending on how you plan to use it.
