Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or peanut butter powder*
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup coffee

Instructions

Make Peanut Butter Cream Using one of Two Methods:

  • Add milk, peanut butter powder, and honey to a blender and blend until well combined. Then, heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Add milk, creamy peanut butter, and honey to a small saucepan. Heat on stove over low heat for 5 minutes and whisk often.

Make Coffee

  • Make your one shot of espresso using your desired method. You can also use one-half cup of hot coffee or cold brew coffee if you don't have an espresso machine. Pour espresso or coffee into your mug of choice.
  • Optional: Froth peanut butter cream if you have a milk frother! Then, pour milk mixture into your mug with coffee and enjoy!

*We prefer using peanut butter powder because it mixes better than peanut butter. We understand not everyone has peanut butter powder, but if you want some you can but it here!
