peaches greek yogurt salad

Ingredients

  • 1 peach sliced
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt any fat level
  • splash of milk of choice any kind
  • 2 graham crackers crushed
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup

Instructions

  • Chop up your 1 peach and add it to a jar. To the jar add ¾ cup Greek yogurt, splash of milk of choice, crushed 2 graham crackers, and 1 tablespoon caramel syrup. Mix until well combined.
  • Top with extra caramel sauce or graham crackers as desired.

Notes

For meal prep: Leave out the graham crackers to meal prep double or triple batches of these. Top with the graham crackers right before eating.
Add more syrup as desired for sweetness.
Storage: Leave out the graham crackers for storage. It'll last this way for up to 3 days in the fridge.
