- 1 8 oz hummus any kind
- 1 8 oz container tzatziki
- 2 5.2 oz cans skipjack tuna
- 1 8 oz block feta crumbeled
- ¼ c red onion diced small
- 1 c english cucumber about ⅓, diced small
- 1 10 oz pack cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 lemon
- salt to taste
- fresh dill for topping
- pita chips for serving
In an 8x8 dish, spread the 1 8 oz hummus into one layer. Then, spread the 1 8 oz container tzatziki on top of that.
Drain the 2 5.2 oz cans skipjack tuna and pour the fish into a bowl. Use a fork to break it up into even pieces. Top the tzatziki with the tuna and spread it out evenly.
Make the salad by combining 1 8 oz block feta, ¼ c red onion, 1 c english cucumber, 1 10 oz pack cherry tomatoes juice from half a lemon. Season with salt as desired. Pour this over the tuna layer and spread it out evenly.
Finish with fresh dill if desired, and serve with pita crackers. Enjoy! If you're traveling with the dip, leave the salad off until right before serving.
Storage: This dip will last up to 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container. It’s best enjoyed fresh but still delicious as leftovers!
The salad topping is watery.
This can happen if the veggies release too much liquid. To prevent this, salt the veggies lightly and let them sit for a few minutes before assembling. Drain any excess liquid before adding to the dip.
