Ingredients

Optional

  • ¼ cup collagen about 1 scoop

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Add the frozen fruit last so its weight pushed down the other ingredients, helping to blend.
All smoothie ingredients in a blender before blending.
  • Blend until smooth, usually 1-2 minutes. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to help it blend. Do this before adding any liquid.

Substitution options and recipe tips can be found in the post above.
*cow's milk yogurt can be used, but Greek style yogurt should NOT be used. You can use Greek yogurt, but you will likely need to add a splash of milk for it to blend. The recipe is formulated to work with a thinner yogurt so if using a thick Greek style or similar, just adjust accordingly.
