This Air Fryer Butternut Squash Recipe can be used for many things - as an easy side dish for Thanksgiving, mixed with scrambled eggs, or even to spruce up the top of a salad!
Place the frozen butternut squash in a bowl with the oil and spice. Toss to coat.
Transfer half of the squash to the air fryer basket and spread out evenly. There should be about a half inch of space between each piece to allow for air movement. If you do not care if they are crispy, you can add all of the squash to the basket.
Turn your air fryer on to 400 degrees and set the timer for 20 minutes. Place the squash in the air fryer and let it do its thing. Then, enjoy!
