One Pot Alfredo Salmon

Ingredients

- salmon - orzo - salt and pepper - garlic - butter - bone broth - parmesan & egg - heavy cream - Greek yogurt

Season a cold pan with salt and pepper. Add the salmon (skin side down) and turn on the heat. Cook one side and then flip.

Step 1

Remove the salmon and cover with foil to keep warm.  Add the garlic, butter, orzo, and toast until the garlic is fragrant.

Step 2

Add the bone broth to cook the orzo. Meanwhile, mix the parmesan and egg into a paste in a small bowl until a paste forms.

Step 3

When the orzo is done, remove from heat and stir in the parmesan egg mixture. Mix well to fully incorporate. 

Step 4

Then mix in the heavy cream and then the Greek yogurt. Add the salmon back, cover, and let the salmon reheat again.
