Ingredients

- eggs - turkey sausage - kale - white cheddar - cottage cheese - flour & baking powder - jalapenos - salt & pepper

Saute the turkey sausage and once almost done, add the kale and cook until wilted. This should take about 10 minutes.

Step 1

Add the eggs, cottage cheese, half of the white cheddar, spices, jalapenos, flour, and baking powder to a blender.

Step 2

Blend until just mixed but not too frothy. There will be some lumps, but that's totally fine we just want to flour to be mixed throughly

Step 3

Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and kale mixture. Gently stir it to evenly distributed everthing.

Step 4

Sprinkle with the remaining white cheddar and bake about 35-45 minutes until just set in the center.
