This spinach artichoke dip without mayo is a healthier take on the classic but with the same great gooey and creamy texture!

- Spinach - Artichoke - Onion and garlic - Parmesan & cream cheese - Greek yogurt - Jalapeños - Butter - Salt & pepper

Saute your onions and garlic until fragrant. Then add the jalapeno, salt, and pepper. You can also preheat the oven.

Step 1

Mix in the spinach  and let it wilt a bit then add artichoke and cream cheese and cook on low while stirring constantly. 

Step 2

Fold in the Greek yogurt. Then transfer to oven safe dish (if needed). And top with parmesan and bake.

Step 3

Once baked and cooled a bit, serve as it with toast, veggies, or crackers. Or make a crostini appetizer!

Step 4
