- challah bread (cubbed) -  breakfast sausage (browned) -  eggs - vanilla protein powder  -  almond milk  - salt - cinnamon - coconut sugar -  butter

Prepare by cubbing the challah bread and placing it in a 9x11 dish. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and brown the sausage.

Step 1

Top the bread with the sausage. Stir it up a bit to mix the sausage and bread evenly. It might overflow so keep pushing it in.

Step 2

Mix the eggs, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, salt, and  cinnamon in a bowl and pour over the bread and sausage mixture.

Step 3

Melt the butter and mix it with the coconut sugar until dissolved. Pour this over the casserole evenly.

Step 4

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy on it's own or with your favorite syrup and cup of coffee!
