Easy Salmon  with Orzo

- salmon - orzo - salt and pepper - garlic - butter - bone broth - parmesan & egg - heavy cream - Greek yogurt

Season a cold pan with salt and pepper. Add the salmon and bring to medium heat. Cook until half way done and flip.

Step 1

Remove the salmon and melt the butter in the pan. Add the garlic and orzo and toast until the garlic is fragrant.

Step 2

Add the bone broth and cook until the orzo absorbs it all. Meanwhile, mix the parmesan and egg into a paste in a small bowl.

Step 3

When the orzo is done, remove from heat and stir in the parmesan egg mixture. Then the heavy cream and yogurt.

Step 4

Add the salmon back to the pan and cover to ensure heated through. Let this sit on low, low heat for 2-3 minutes then serve!
