Ingredients

- Bananas - All-purpose flour, coconut flour - Baking powder - Salt - Coconut sugar - Vanilla - Coconut oil - Water, vegetable oil

Heat oil in a large pan to 300 degrees F (about 10 minutes). Slice the bananas into about 1/2" thick pieces.

Step 1

Mix batter in a large bowl. You will need to squish the dry ingredients while mixing to fully combine. It will be thick and gritty.

Step 2

Add banana slices to the batter and use a fork to fully coat. Flip the bananas and gently pat them to make the batter sticky.

Step 3

Gently drop the banana slices into the oil and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Then, remove the fried bananas with a fork.

Step 4

Place the fried crispy bananas on a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Then, enjoy with coconut cream, caramel, or ice cream!
