Mediterranean Salmon with Whipped Feta

-salmon - oil - steak seasoning - lemon - garlic - feta - greek yogurt - oregano & pepper

Place the salmon on a tray, drizzle with oil, add seasoning, then top with lemon slices and garlic cloves.

Step 1

Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Check to make sure it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees.

Step 2

Make the sauce by adding everything to a blender including the roasted garlic cloves. Blend until fluffy and creamy.

Step 3

Remove the lemon slices from the salmon (unless you want to eat them...) and dish up.

Step 4

Top with the whipped feta sauce, as much as your heart desires and fresh chives or dill. Enjoy!
