- Graham crackers - Coconut milk - Butter - Sugar - Cornstarch - Eggs - Vanilla - Fruit!

Mix the crust ingredients (graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter) in a large bowl until well combined.

Pour this into a tart pan and press into an even layer on the bottom and sides. Then, bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Next, make the pastry filling. Start by whisking together the egg yolks and sugar. Then, the cornstarch and salt separately.

Combine filling ingredients into a saucepan and heat until the cream thickens. You should be whisking the whole time!

Step 4

Pour the pastry cream into the tart crust. Top with plastic wrap and store in the fridge or freezer to cool and set up.

Step 5

After your fruit tart sets up, it's time to decorate! Add your favorite fresh fruit or berries and then glaze with honey on top.
