Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries (medium)
  • 2 tablespoon water (warm)
  • 2.5 teaspoon matcha (ceremonial grade)
  • 1.5 cup Fairlife strawberry milk (or any strawberry protein milk)

Instructions

  • Heat the 2 tablespoon water until its hot but not boiling. Whisk or mix int he 2.5 teaspoon matcha until a paste forms.
  • In a cup, mash or muddle the 3 strawberries. Pour the 1.5 cup Fairlife strawberry milk over the top. You can reserve ½ a cup of the milk to froth and add at the end for prettier presentation.
  • Pour in the matcha, top with ice, and enjoy!

Storage
Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge without ice for up to 3 days.
Can I use protein powder?
Yes, you can mix strawberry protein powder with milk nd then add it to the matcha latte.
To make it hot: Simply heat the milk on the stove or in the microwave and then combine it all.
