Turkey Avocado Sandwich

This sandwich checks all the boxes - it's filled with creamy avocado, crunchy carrots and sprouts, and filling turkey!

  • 5 slices turkey peppered, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 3 tablespoon carrots shredded
  • red onion
  • cup sprouts


  • Gather your ingredients, shred the carrots, slice the onions and slice the avocado. Toast bread if desired.
  • Spread the chipotle sauce on both pieces of bread, add sliced avocado and slightly mash it onto the bread with a fork, add the turkey slices, onion, carrots, and sprouts.
  • Top with the last piece of bread and enjoy!
