Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ((plant based))
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes
  • ½ cup spinach
