Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (plant based)
  • 2 cups flax milk (omega 3 + protein)

  • Head milk for 2 minutes in large jar or microwave safe glass
  • Add protein powder and cover.  Shake vigorously until well combined and frothy.  Or Stir with a whisk.
