Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 teaspoon chaga powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • cup oat milk

Instructions

  • Make coffee or espresso as desired. *
  • Add everything else to a blender and blend. Alternatively you can add it to a mason jar and shake to combine or whisk vigorously.
  • With the mixture in a microwave safe container, heat the chaga mixture for 45 seconds. ** see notes about enjoying this drink iced.
  • Pour espresso or coffee into a mug and top with chaga mixture. Enjoy!

*Ths latte is intended to be a European style latte, meaning it is much smaller in size than what you might order at Starbucks. So, please don’t be alarmed when it turns up smaller than you thought it might.
**To make this iced: Don’t heat the chaga mixture and instead fill a glass with ice and pour the espresso and chaga mixture over it.
