Ingredients

  • β…” lb beef patties
  • 1 white bun
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoon flamethrower sauce
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • ΒΌ cup lettuce

Instructions

  • Chop jalapeno pepper and cut one ΒΌ inch slice of tomato.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with tin foil and place bacon on tray. Set jalapeno pieces on top of bacon. Cook in oven for 10 minutes.
  • Cook burgers using your desired method. We use two frozen β…“ lb patties for this recipe. Check out our post on how to cook burgers in the oven here or on the grill here. Top with pepper jack cheese after cooking.
  • Assemble burger with flamethrower sauce (recipe here), beef patties, bacon, tomato and lettuce. Enjoy!
