Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • cup basil
  • ¼ cup mint
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup tahini (unsweetned)
  • ½ cup water (possibly more to thin sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or agave for vegan option)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend! If the sauce is too thick, add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until the sauce if at your desired consistency.
