Sheet Pan Gnocchi with Breadcrumbs

With toasted bread crumbs and toasty brown butter, this sheet pan gnocchi with sausage and green beans is the perfect family-friendly dinner.

- gnocchi - green beans - chicken sausage - oil, salt, & pepper - parmesan - butter - sage - breadcrumbs

Preheat the oven, dice green beans, and chicken sausage. Green beans should be 2-3" long and the sausage about 1/4 - 1/2".

Step 1

Toss the green beans and gnocchi in oil and seasoning. Place everything on a sheet tray and bake.

Step 2

While it bakes, make the brown butter sage sauce in a small sauce pan. Stir constantly to keep it from burning. It'll be frothy.

Step 3

Keep the sage leaves and chop up to use on top of the sheet pan ingredients. They should be slightly crispy.

Step 4

Remove tray from the oven and top with brown butter, sage, parmesan, and breadcrumbs evenly. Return to oven to broil.

Step 5

Remove from oven and serve straight from the tray! Bake and serve in one tray for less clean up!
