Ingredients

- Mushrooms - Onions - Beef broth - Worcestershire sauce - Corn starch - Mustard - Garlic, butter - Salt and pepper

First, rinse off mushrooms and pat dry. Then, chop then into 1/2" slices. Next dice your onion into small pieces.

Step 1

Heat the butter in a large skillet. Then, cook mushrooms, onions and garlic for about 5 minutes until brown and soft.

Step 2

Combine the beef broth and corn starch together in a large bowl. Then, whisk until the cornstarch is well combined in the broth.

Step 3

Add beef broth and remaining ingredients to skillet with mushrooms. Simmer 10 minutes until thick, then, enjoy!
