- Chocolate nut butter - Cocoa powder - Coconut sugar - Peppermint extract - Vegan egg - Baking soda - Vanilla extract - Peppermint candies

Gather all your ingredients. If you're not vegan, you can use an egg in place of the vegan egg. For nut butter, you can use Nutella too.

Step 1

Add  everything to a bowl except the peppermint candies. This is a no hassle recipe so just dump and go!

Step 2

Use a fork or hand mixer to mix everything until smooth and creamy. Depending on your nut butter, it can be very sticky.

Step 3

Add in the peppermint candies and fold them in. Since theres no flour you don't need to worry about over mixing.

Step 4

Portion the cookies onto a tray and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until they puff up. 

Step 5

Remove the cookies and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving, they will deflate! Letting them rest allows them to set enough.
