Ingredients

- Flour - Salt - Collagen - Yeast - Milk - Cinnamon - Brown Sugar, white sugar - Butter - Eggs

Warm up your milk and melt butter. Then, add with sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Slowly mix in  the flour and salt until a rough dough forms.

Step 1

Now it's time to knead the dough. If you have an electric mixer, use the dough hook. Otherwise, knead by hand on a floured and flat surface.

Step 2

Transfer the now stiff dough ball to a well-oiled bowl. Roll the dough in oil and place in oven with the light on to let it rise for 3-4 hours. It'll double in size.

Step 3

Now, roll the dough out into a 14x9-inch rectangle. Spread butter on top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Roll tightly into a log. Then, cut into 9 pieces.

Step 4

Place these 9 pieces into a greased 9x9-inch pan. Cover with a towel and place in the oven with the light on to rise for 30 min.

Step 5

Next, bake the rolls in the oven at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Make the frosting while they bake by mixing remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 6

Allow the rolls to cool for 10 minutes after baking. Then, drizzle that sweet frosting on top and enjoy these soft and gooey rolls hot!
