- Almond Flour - Almond Butter - Hot Cocoa - Peppermint Extract -  Collagen Peptides - Maple Syrup - Almond Milk - Chocolate Chips

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (except for the chocolate chips) until a thick batter forms. It'll be like Play-Doh.

Step 1

Fold in the chocolate chips. Then, form the batter into 20 balls that are about 1.5" in diameter. Place on a lined tray.

Step 2

You can eat these protein peppermint balls right away, or cool them in the fridge to firm up. Enjoy them as a Christmas snack!
