These savory pancakes are made with instant potatoes or leftover mashed potatoes and cheese and are so easy to whip up!

- Instant potatoes - Cheese - Milk - Greek yogurt - Eggs - Garlic, thyme - Salt, pepper

Add all your ingredients to a large bowl and mix until smooth. If using Instant potatoes you'll need to get all the lumps out.

Step 1

Heat a  non-stick pan and melt butter or oil on it. Carefully spoon batter onto the pan into the shape of a circle. Cook till golden.

Step 2

Flip potato pancake and cook on the other side for an additional 3 minutes. The first one is always a little dark from the heat.

Step 3

Enjoy these cheesy potato pancakes! We like ours with yogurt and chives. We also recommend adding sausage for a protein!
