Protein Rice Krispies Recipe

These are the BEST Rice Krispies because they’re so delicious, ready in only 10 minutes, and can even be made vegan if you prefer!

Servings: 8

total Time: 10 Min


3 tbsp butter 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal 10 oz marshmallows 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 1 tsp vanilla extract

Melt butter over medium heat in a large non-stick pot. Stir frequently to keep it from burning!

Step 1

Add marshmallows to the pot with the butter and stir constantly over low heat until they're melted.

Step 2

Add protein powder and vanilla to marshmallows and mix until the powder is dissolved and well combined.

Step 3

Remove from heat. Gently mix rice krispies cereal into marshmallow mixture until cereal is completely coated.

Step 4

Transfer protein rice krispies to a lined dish. We use like to an airtight container that's roughly 8"x8" in size.

Step 5

Pat down gently and let them set up.  Then, enjoy!
